The legal warranty applies to all of our items. The legal warranty means that a product is or does what you as a consumer can reasonably expect of it.

If an item does not function properly within the legal warranty period, we will try to find a solution as soon as possible. For example: delivering a new article, free repair or refund.

If the problem with the item arose as a result of improper use, you are not entitled to compensation in any form whatsoever.
